Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales / Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and lead sales strategies. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in achieving sales targets, handling high-value negotiations, and mentoring a sales team.
Key Roles & Responsibilities :
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital channels.
Meet and exceed sales targets by managing end-to-end client interactions.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits (if real estate sector).
