About the Role :
We are launching an exciting new venture in the kids' skincare spacea category with immense potential and a clear gap in quality, trust, and innovation. We are looking for a dynamic EIR to lead this brand from the ground up, owning everything from product and brand to go-to-market and P&L. This is a rare opportunity to build a new-age consumer brand with a strong backing, deep category insight, and a mission-led purpose.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Business Strategy & Leadership
- Work with the leadership to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the kids skincare brand
2. Brand & Category Building
Define and evolve the brand positioning, voice, and identity in a sensitive and emerging categoryIdentify whitespace opportunities and craft a differentiated value proposition for parents and childrenLead innovation in product formats, ingredients, packaging, and storytelling3. Go-To-Market & Channel Strategy
Design and execute a D2C-first go-to-market strategy, followed by online marketplaces and offline retailOversee pricing, distribution, promotions, and growth levers across channelsBuild strong digital funnels and a loyal consumer base through performance and brand marketing4. Cross-Functional Excellence
Collaborate with product development, R&D, supply chain, and compliance teams to deliver exceptional qualityEnsure all formulations are dermatologically tested, safe, and regulatory compliant for kidsEstablish partnerships with pediatricians, dermatologists, and parent communities to drive trustIdeal Candidate :
3+ years of experience in FMCG, D2C, or consumer brands - through either Consulting / in brand expeirenceProven track record in scaling or launching brands, preferably in personal care, baby care, or wellnessStrong understanding of digital-first business models, growth marketing, and brand buildingEntrepreneurial mindset : comfortable with ambiguity, hands-on execution, and ownershipWhats in it for you?
