About the Role
We’re looking for an Entrepreneurs-in-Residence (EIR) who thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution. These are high-impact roles designed to give you a 360° view of building a new-age brand. You’ll work directly with our digital commerce leadership on critical business problems ranging from channel growth to operations and people initiatives, while driving projects end-to-end and learn how to build a strong, solid business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-priority projects across functions (e.g., scaling specific channels, P&L, or designing loyalty / retention programs).
- Work with Marketing, Channel Account and SCM teams to accelerate channel growth and performance
- Partner with performance marketing teams to improve CAC / LTV, tacos, and ROAS.
- Pilot A / B tests (landing pages, bundles, subscriptions) and track funnel conversion.
- Work with SCM to align forecasts, reduce OOS, and optimize warehousing.
- Document playbooks and institutionalize successful interventions.
- In short, take charge and drive your vertical like a mini-CEO.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves :
Minimum 3 years of experience in consulting, founder’s office, VC portfolio ops, or e-commerce rolesFirst-Principles thinking and Negotiation SkillsStrong problem-solving & analytical skills (Strong Excel is a must, SQL / BI tools preferred).Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects with tight timelines.Entrepreneurial mindset : curiosity, bias for action, comfort with ambiguity.Ability to work with a wide variety of people across levels and functions.Nice-to-Haves
Exposure to e-commerce marketplace operations (Amazon / Flipkart / Q-Commerce) or performance marketing.Prior experience in D2C channel operations, e-commerce, or consumer goods.Understanding of digital analytics platforms (Google Analytics, AMC, Power BI).Location : Thane, Mumbai
