Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with Design (for range building), Planning (for OTB and buys), and Marketing / Retail Ops (for GTM readiness).
Analytics & Insights : Track category performance, identify bestsellers / slow movers, and recommend exits or repeats.
MCC Sheet Management : Maintain and update the MCC sheet for all categories to ensure clear visibility of buy plans and assortment architecture.
