If you have hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, sales funnels, retargeting, and organic lead generation , this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn .
- Maintain strong ROAS and continuously improve ad performance.
- Develop strategies for audience targeting, segmentation, retargeting , and funnel optimization.
Lead Generation
Meet daily / weekly / monthly lead generation targets.Generate leads via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Maps, social media outreach, groups & communities .Implement funnel-based strategies to capture and qualify leads.Social Media Management
Manage official brand presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube , etc.Plan and schedule content using social media tools.Track engagement, reach, impressions, and conversions to drive growth.Reporting & Analytics
Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports for campaigns, leads, and ROI.Analyze metrics, identify gaps, and implement optimization strategies.
