Hamilton House is a newly constructed boutique luxury villa nestled in the serene hills of Mussoorie. Designed with care and curated for memorable getaways, it offers a warm, personalised, and refined hospitality experience. As we open doors to our first guests, we are looking for a dedicated Operations Manager who will run the villa with passion, professionalism, and integrity.
Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and empathetic Operations Manager to lead daily operations of the villa. This role is ideal for someone from a hospitality background who thrives in independent, hands-on environments and values trust, warmth, and attention to detail. The role requires full-time relocation to Mussoorie and includes accommodation at the villa.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations including guest experience, housekeeping, staff management, and property upkeep
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm, smooth, and memorable stay
- Manage villa staff, schedules, and vendor relationships with efficiency and kindness
- Handle inventory, procurement, and basic administrative duties
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and hospitality
- Liaise with the villa owner regularly and provide updates with transparency and reliability
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve operations and guest satisfaction
Qualifications :
Degree / diploma in Hotel Management or related hospitality field preferred3–6 years of experience in operations / guest relations in boutique hotels, villas, or hospitality establishmentsStrong interpersonal and communication skills – warm, patient, and professional demeanorHighly trustworthy, organized, and self-motivatedComfortable with basic tech tools (Excel, WhatsApp, inventory management apps, etc.)Willing to relocate and live full-time in Mussoorie (accommodation provided)Fluent in English and HindiWhat We Offer :
