Key Responsibilities :

Manage U.S. employee onboarding and benefits enrollment

Perform I-9 verification and ensure documentation compliance

Coordinate background checks and drug tests

Monitor and follow up on weekly timesheet submissions

Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR processes
