We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with deep expertise in Workforce Planning (WFP) and Workforce Analytics (WFA) . You will be responsible for designing and implementing data-driven workforce strategies, delivering advanced analytics, and supporting customized reporting solutions. This role requires strong proficiency in BIRT reporting and a collaborative approach to work with various stakeholders to align analytics with organizational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead and support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Planning & Analytics modules .
- Gather business requirements and design scalable solutions for strategic workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and HR analytics.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain BIRT reports tailored to customer-specific KPIs and metrics.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver dashboards, analytics, and reports aligned with organizational goals.
- Work with SAP's MDF (Metadata Framework) , report center, and calculated columns in WFA.
- Perform system testing, user training, and post-implementation support.
- Assist with data modeling, data mapping, and integration with other SuccessFactors modules and external systems.
Skills Required :
Strong proficiency in BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tool) for custom report development.Solid understanding of data models, calculated columns, and metrics packs in Workforce Analytics.Experience integrating WFA with core HR systems and external data sources.Knowledge of MDF (Metadata Framework), Role-Based Permissions (RBP) , and Report Center.Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.Experience with other SuccessFactors modules ( e.g., EC, LMS, PMGM ) is a plus.Familiarity with Advanced Reporting, Canvas Reports, and ORD is a plus.Knowledge of predictive analytics or data visualization tools (e.g., SAC, Power BI) is a plus.SAP SuccessFactors WFA / WFP Certification is preferred.QUALIFICATION :
Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Analytics, or a related field.Skills Required
