Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant to drive the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and optimization of the Learning Management System (LMS) module. The role requires strong expertise in system integrations, administration, data migration, and security to ensure a robust and scalable learning platform. You will work closely with clients, HR, and technical teams to deliver seamless workflows and impactful learning experiences across global environments.

Key Responsibilities :

Implementation & Configuration :

• Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors LMS implementations, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Configure LMS functionalities (items, curricula, programs, catalogs, domains, assessments, certifications, notifications, user roles).
• Manage complex setups in multi-country, multi-language, and compliance-driven environments.
• Handle data migration, instance refreshes, and tenant management.
