SAP SuccessFactors ECP Consultant - System Configuration & Maintenance

Job Summary :

The SAP SuccessFactors ECP Consultant will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solution. This includes configuring the system to meet evolving business needs, ensuring data integrity between Employee Central and ECP, troubleshooting complex payroll issues, and guaranteeing compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a deep understanding of payroll processes and a commitment to delivering high-quality support and solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

System Configuration and Maintenance :

• Design, configure, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll solutions, including payroll schemas, rules, wage types, cumulations, and reporting, based on detailed business requirements and best practices.
• Conduct thorough testing of configurations and enhancements to ensure accuracy and functionality before deployment.

Payroll Operations and Support :
