SAP FSM Consultant - E2E Implementation

Job descriptionStrong experience in SAP Field Service Management (FSM). Knowledge of SAP Service Cloud and C / 4HANA is a plus. Experience with SAP FSM mobile app configuration. Integration experience with SAP ERP (S / 4HANA / ECC) using SAP BTP, PI / PO, or CPI. Familiarity with FSM Core, Planning & Dispatching, Smartforms, and Smartflow. Field service operations. Work order management. Resource planning and dispatching. Customer service processes. Asset management. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. SAP Certification in FSM or C / 4HANA is a plus. Strong communication and documentation skills. Experience in Utilities, Manufacturing, or Telecom domain. Knowledge of FSM analytics and reporting. Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement and configure SAP FSM based on business requirements.
- Integrate SAP FSM with backend SAP systems (S / 4HANA, ECC).
- Design end-to-end service processes for field operations, including dispatching, scheduling, mobile access, and reporting.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Provide support during all project phases : blueprinting, realization, testing, go-live, and hypercare.
- Train end-users and support change management.
- Collaborate with technical teams for data integration and custom developments.
