What is the role all about?
Position Summary :
The Project Assistant is responsible for administrative coordination, documentation management, report collection, and communication with stakeholders as required.
Duration of this Internship - 1 year
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in the implementation of project activities
Coordinate and manage project tasks
Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and schedules
Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
Communicate project status to stakeholders and team members
Help with invoicing
Organize logistics for meetings, presentations, and training sessions
Support project leads
Supporting Multiple Asian Markets
Skills :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Etc
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Work closely with cross-functional teams
Qualifications and experience :
Fresher from an Engineering background or Any Degree.
