What is the role all about?
Position Summary :
The Project Assistant is responsible for administrative coordination, documentation management, report collection, and communication with stakeholders as required.
Duration of this Internship - 1 year
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the implementation of project activities
- Coordinate and manage project tasks
- Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and schedules
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and team members
- Help with invoicing
- Organize logistics for meetings, presentations, and training sessions
- Support project leads
- Supporting Multiple Asian Markets
Skills :
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, EtcAbility to work independently and collaborativelyWork closely with cross-functional teamsQualifications and experience :
Fresher from an Engineering background or Any Degree.
