EPM Principal / Sr Principal Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and deliver Oracle EPM Cloud implementations across assigned modules (Planning / FCCS / ARCS / TRCS / PCMCS).
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable, efficient solutions.
• Serve as the application design lead and point of contact for respective EPM modules.
• Provide architecture solutions and enhancements to existing systems based on evolving business needs.
• Develop and configure business rules, data forms, task lists, dashboards, and reports.
• Ensure integration across modules and with source systems (ERP / GL).
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization activities.
• Document requirements, design specifications, and configuration details as per Oracle best practices.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure alignment with organizational reporting and compliance needs.
• Stay updated on EPM Cloud advancements and drive continuous process improvements.
