Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP PM, EAM, and FSM Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance and preferred exposure to Enterprise Asset Management and Field Service Management. The ideal candidate should have excellent functional and technical knowledge to support implementation, customization, and support projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) implementations, configurations, and enhancements.

Work on preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance processes.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand asset management requirements and translate them into SAP EAM solutions.

Configure and maintain SAP FSM processes for field service planning, execution, and reporting.

Integrate SAP PM / EAM / FSM modules with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, FI / CO).

Provide end-user support, training, and documentation for business processes.

Participate in upgrade, migration, and digital transformation projects involving SAP PM / EAM / FSM.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure smooth business operations.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).

Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management, work orders, notifications, scheduling, and maintenance planning.

Preferred experience in SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management).

Good understanding of SAP FSM (Field Service Management).

Experience in business process mapping, configuration, testing, and deployment.

Ability to work in hybrid mode and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have

Experience in S / 4HANA PM / EAM / FSM implementations.

Knowledge of integration with IoT-enabled asset monitoring.

Exposure to SAP Fiori apps for PM / EAM.
