## The Opportunity

We are looking for a Human Resources Executive to join our Pune office. The ideal candidate is curious, self-motivated, eager to learn, and committed to growth and challenges. With strong work ethic and recruitment focus, you will play a key role in talent acquisition and contribute to broader HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources (Recruitment & HR Ops)

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle – from sourcing to offer extension.
• Gather resource requisitions & plan sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and networks.
• Maintain recruitment trackers & related documentation.
• Coordinate for interview scheduling and forecasting future hiring needs.
• Deliver a seamless recruitment experience to candidates & stakeholders.
• Maintain employee records : update files, personnel data, and documentation.
• Assist with benefits administration & employee queries.
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives (surveys, recognition, events).
• Support compliance requirements and HR documentation.
