Key Responsibilities :
- Workforce Management
- Ensure the availability of manpower as per production requirements.
- Arrange contract labor (both male and female) based on factory needs.
- Conduct recruitment and on boarding for staff, adhering to approval protocols.
- Time Office Functions : Monitor attendance, leave management, and shift scheduling.
- Ensure accurate payroll processing through SAP.
- Statutory Compliance : Ensure adherence to PF, ESI, Industrial Laws, Labor Department regulations, PCB, and Local Body regulations. Manage statutory renewals, remittances, returns, and registers.
- Employee Welfare & Engagement : Implement employee motivation and engagement programs.
- Conduct statutory committees (such as POSH, Safety, Grievance, etc.).
- Safety & Security : Ensure factory safety compliance and security measures for employees.
- Conduct regular 5S audits and safety inspections, submitting weekly reports.
- Factory Housekeeping & Maintenance : Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the factory premises.
- Employee Records & Documentation : Maintain employee personal records and HR documentation.
- Ensure IMS compliance (ISO 9001 : 2008, PED 97 / 23 / EC, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001).
- Bills Verification & Certification : Verify and process bills related to contract labor wages, canteen expenses, tea / snacks, water, and fuel.

3-5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing setup (preferably handling female workforce).Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and safety regulations.Proficiency in SAP and HRMS systems for payroll and attendance management.Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage large workforces efficiently while ensuring employee welfareSkills Required
