Customer Success Executive

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as a single point of contact for customers after booking
• Manage customer documentation, payment reminders, and updates
• Follow up on queries and complaints and resolve them in a timely manner
• Build long-term relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Coordinate with internal teams for pending approvals and handovers
