Responsibilities :

Preventive Maintenance Scheduling

  • Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functionality and minimize downtime.

Timely Maintenance Response

  • Ensure timely and efficient response to maintenance requests, addressing issues promptly and effectively, and overseeing emergency repairs as needed.

    • Team Leadership

  • Lead and manage the maintenance team, ensuring high performance, proper training, and clear communication to support maintenance operations.

    • Equipment and Facility Management

  • Oversee the management and upkeep of all equipment and facilities, ensuring they are maintained according to safety standards and operational requirements.

    • Health, Safety, and Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all maintenance activities, promoting a safe working environment for all employees and contractors.
