Role & responsibilities
- P&L Ownership : Manage and grow the profitability of the region, ensuring achievement of revenue and operational targets.
- Team Leadership : Lead a team of highly motivated individuals to grow and manage business in their region.
- Strategy & Execution : Develop regional strategies to drive business growth, onboard developers, and manage partnerships.
- Understand requirements of JBPs and collaborate with operations to create customized packages
- Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with senior developer stakeholders (CEOs, CSMOs, CRM Heads).
- Business Reviews : Conduct periodic reviews with developers to assess performance and growth opportunities. Assess problems and take Corrective Actions Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Internal Reviews : Participate in reviews with the Business Head.
Preferred candidate profile
Proven track record in real estate partnerships or interiors / solutions industries
Stellar ratings in previous roles, with experience in handling large teams.Strong business acumen, communication, and negotiation skills.Skills Required
