Position Summary :
We are seeking an experienced HR Reporting Specialist with expertise in Oracle OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) to support our organization’s Oracle HCM reporting requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards that provide critical workforce insights across Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Absence Management, and Payroll.
Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain OTBI reports and dashboards for Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
- Translate business requirements into functional reports, utilizing appropriate HCM subject areas.
- Configure and manage report scheduling for internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Conduct ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support decision-making.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of all HR reports with data governance and security standards.
- Optimize reporting performance and usability, including advanced filters, prompts, and visualizations.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for end-users of OTBI and related reporting tools.
- Maintain documentation of reporting logic, subject areas, and data definitions.
- Remain informed of Oracle OTBI / BI Publisher enhancements and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, HR technology, or a related discipline.2–5 years of experience in HR reporting or analytics.Proficiency with Oracle BI Publisher and Oracle Cloud reporting tools.Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM subject areas and data structures.Technical skills in SQL and Excel.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills.Effective written and verbal communication skills;ability to collaborate in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Oracle HCM security roles and data access controls.Familiarity with additional reporting / analytics tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, or Tableau.
