Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a US Payroll Specialist located in Kondapur. The US Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing the payroll process for US-based employees, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing, compliance with state and federal regulations, and maintaining payroll records. Day-to-day tasks include preparing payroll reports, resolving payroll discrepancies, managing employee deductions and benefits, and collaborating with HR and finance teams to address payroll-related inquiries.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of US payroll regulations and compliance
• Experience in payroll processing and payroll software systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience in the HR or finance industry is a plus
