Job Title : U.S. HR Payroll Specialist

Experience Required :

2–4 years of solid, hands-on experience in U.S. payroll operations, compliance, and benefits administration.

Location : Hyderabad, Telangana.

Reports To : HR Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive U.S. HR Payroll Specialist who values accuracy, accountability, and collaboration. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, logical thinking, and a passion for continuous learning. This role ensures timely, compliant payroll processing, efficient benefits administration, and responsive employee support.

Key Responsibilities :

Payroll Management (End-to-End)

• Process bi-weekly / monthly payroll accurately and on schedule through QuickBooks (QB) or similar systems.
• Manage deductions, taxes, garnishments, and benefits in full compliance with federal and state laws.
• Oversee tax setup, payments, and filings for unemployment, withholding, and franchise taxes.
• Review payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and manage terminations, new hires, and adjustments.
