Role Overview
As a Business Development Associate (BDA), you will be responsible for reaching out to potential learners, understanding their career goals, and helping them choose the right company program. Your primary role is to drive enrollments by effectively communicating the value of company offerings.
Key Responsibilities :
Engage with potential learners via calls, emails, and follow-ups.Understand their career aspirations and match them with relevant company programs.Maintain a customer-centric approach to drive conversions.Follow up with leads to ensure timely enrollments.Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.Work closely with the marketing and operations team to improve the customer journey.The Profile
Must-Have Skills :
1-6 years of experience in sales or business development.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.Passion for sales and a target-driven mindset.Ability to handle high-ticket sales (>50K INR).
Basic understanding of the tech industry and upskilling trends.Good-to-Have Skills :
Experience in the EdTech, IT services, or K12 domain.Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and SaaS products.Proficiency in LSQ (Logical Sequence Questions) for structured problem-solving.The Employer
