Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee customer service operations to ensure high standards of service delivery.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly.
- Implement policies and procedures for consistent and reliable service.
- Conduct training sessions to maintain service quality and team effectiveness.
- Provide knowledgeable support on financial products and insurance policies, using company-provided leads.
Essential Requirements
