- Make outbound calls to prospective US-based customers to promote products or services and generate qualified leads.
Lead Generation :
Identify and engage potential customers through cold calling, warm leads, and follow-ups. Build and maintain a solid pipeline of prospects.Sales Conversion :
Pitch offerings effectively, handle objections, and convert leads into sales through persuasive communication and negotiation.CRM Management :
Accurately document all call details, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system for tracking and follow-up.Target Achievement :
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs as set by the management.Shift Timings :
Work during US business hours (night shift) to align with customer availability.Collaboration :
Work closely with team members and team leaders to ensure smooth process flow and continuous performance improvement.Candidate Requirements :
