What You Should Know About This Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and autonomous intern to establish our company's comprehensive digital and operational presence from the ground up. This is not a typical internship; you will be expected to find solutions independently, take on various roles, and produce measurable results. You will be instrumental in bringing our vision to life.

What's In It For You :

  • Stipend : 25,000 per month for 2 months, with potential extension to 3 months.
  • Full-Time Opportunity : Exceptional performers will be considered for a full-time position starting at 60,000 per month.
  • Final Round Assignment : If shortlisted, you will complete a paid assignment ( 1,000 for submission, regardless of outcome).
  • Skill Development : This internship is designed for rapid skill development and mastery in digital execution, branding, and marketing.

    • What You'll Own :

    1. Complete Digital Infrastructure :

  • Website Development : Build conversion-optimized sites with contact forms, analytics integration, SEO structure, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Marketing Ecosystem : Create email automation sequences, online and offiline social media content calendars, ad and promotions campaign structures, and lead generation funnels.
  • Brand System : Develop comprehensive brand guidelines (logo variations, typography rules, color codes, voice guidelines, usage examples).

    • 2. Standardized Documentation & Implementation :

    You will create every document needed for business execution :

  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) : Step-by-step processes for website maintenance, content posting, and customer onboarding.
  • Brand Guidelines Document : A 15-20 page comprehensive guide including logo usage, color specifications, typography rules, and do's and don'ts.
  • Content Templates : Email templates, social media post templates, proposal templates, and invoice templates.
  • Marketing Playbooks : Campaign setup guides, analytics tracking sheets, and conversion optimization checklists.
  • Project Management Systems : Task templates, workflow automation, and progress tracking dashboards.

    • Level of Detail Examples for Deliverables :

  • Website : Beyond "build a website"-create landing pages with A / B testing capability, integrate Google Analytics with conversion tracking, set up lead capture forms with automated email responses, and implement schema markup for SEO.
  • Social Media : Beyond "create posts"-develop content pillars, create posting schedules with optimal timing, design post templates for consistency, and set up analytics tracking for engagement rates.
  • Email Marketing : Beyond "send emails"-build welcome sequences, nurture campaigns, segmentation strategies, deliverability optimization, and open rate tracking systems.

    Expectation : You don't need to be an expert, but you must know these tools well enough to get immediate results on day one.

  • Web Development :
  • WordPress / Webflow : Can build a 5-page website in 4 hours, install plugins, customize themes, and set up forms.
  • Example : "Can you create a landing page with embedded video, contact form, and payment integration in one afternoon?"
  • Design Tools :
  • Canva Pro / Adobe Creative : Can create professional marketing materials in 30 minutes, knows keyboard shortcuts, and understands design principles.
  • Example : "Can you design a complete brand identity (logo, business card, letterhead) in 2 hours?"
  • Marketing Automation :
  • Mailchimp / ConvertKit : Can set up email sequences, segment lists, create signup forms, and track metrics.
  • Example : "Can you build a 5-email welcome sequence with automation triggers today?"
  • Analytics & Tracking :
  • Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel : Can install tracking codes, set up conversion goals, and read basic reports.
  • Example : "Can you set up complete website analytics and explain traffic sources within an hour?"
  • Project Management :
  • Asana : Can use project templates, set up automation, manage timelines, and track deliverables.
  • Example : "Can you execute a complete project workflow with task dependencies and automated notifications?"
  • Copywriting :
  • Conversion-focused writing : Can write sales pages, email subject lines, social media captions that drive action, and SOPs.
  • Example : "Can you write a complete sales page that converts visitors to customers in one sitting?"
