Role Overview

We are hiring energetic and solution-oriented professionals who can understand both complex and simple business challenges, and translate them into actionable strategies. This is a high-impact role where you’ll work directly with the founders and business team, contributing to marketing, sales, and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Understand end-to-end

Sales &

arketing

funnels, identifying gaps and driving improvements.

Analyze client business challenges and provide innovative solutions.

Work closely with founders on business strategy, execution, and growth projects.

Build a solid understanding of the design industry and connect its impact to business outcomes.

Act as a generalist, able to adapt and contribute across functions including sales, client engagement, and strategy.

Support in preparing pitches, proposals, and presentations for new and existing clients.

Requirements

Min 2–4 years of experience in business, marketing, or sales.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Exposure to B2B or creative / design / branding industry is a plus.

Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.
