Little Joys is an online health platform for kids, helping 2M parents every year solve for their childs physical, mental and emotional development by offering age-appropriate solutions for nutrition, immunity, brain health, bone health with access to expert doctors and nutritionists.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Develop and execute e-commerce advertising campaigns to increase product visibility.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make informed decisions.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor key performance metrics on E-commerce channels, such as sales, conversion rates, and customer reviews.
• Utilize analytics tools to gather insights and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor advertising performance and adjust strategies based on key metrics.

Requirements :

1-2 year work experience in managing Amazon Ads and Flipkart ads.

Excel proficiency - Expert.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
