Roles and Responsibilities : -
- Manage and maintain accurate product listings across platforms, ensuring updated product details,
images, pricing, and availability.
Execute weekly site merchandising updates including homepage refreshes, event planning, landing pages,and banner placements.
Curate and optimize product assortments to enhance visibility, customer engagement, and conversions.Develop and implement site conversion optimization strategies, including A / B testing and trend-drivenmerchandising.
Create and maintain merchandising reports, briefs, and feedback loops to track performance and refinestrategies.
Key Skills / Experience the Candidate Should Have -
Technical (T) and Non-Technical (NT) : -
2+ years of experience in E-commerce catalogue management andsite merchandising.
Strong knowledge of digital merchandising strategies andcustomer journey optimisation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Analytics.Excellent coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams(Merchandising, Marketing, and Creative).
Experience with SEO for product listings and digital marketplaces.Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage largeproduct catalogues efficiently.
Exposure to conversion optimisation tools and reportingdashboards.
Understanding of visual merchandising principles in an online contextSkills Required
