About the Role :

General Manager
to lead
Park Inn by Radisson, Ayodhya . This role is ideal for a seasoned hospitality professional with a
strong foundation in Hotel Sales , who can seamlessly integrate sales strategy with operational excellence to drive revenue, market share, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead the commercial strategy
of the hotel, focusing on revenue generation, market penetration, and channel optimization.
Drive
sales performance
across all segments—corporate, leisure, MICE, and travel trade.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, travel agents, corporates, and local business communities.
Oversee hotel operations with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and operational efficiency.
Lead, train and develop strong operational team.
Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve profitability targets.
Ensure brand compliance and uphold service standards in all departments.
Represent the hotel in local forums, tourism boards, and community initiatives to enhance visibility and reputation.
Requirements : Minimum
12 years of experience
in the hospitality industry, with a
strong emphasis on Hotel Sales and Revenue Management .
Proven track record of
driving top-line growth
and leading high-performing sales teams.
Strong operational understanding with the ability to balance commercial and service priorities.
Good knowledge of the
Uttar Pradesh hospitality market
and surrounding regions.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with reputed hospitality brands and familiarity with international standards.
