YEMI primarily focuses on manufacturing of Industrial Engines and sales and service of the Industrial Engines / Agricultural Products / Marine (Small – Medium & Large) Engines. Essential duties of this role :

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Service

Provide on / off-site installation, validation and commissioning of engines. (diesel)

Provide high level technical support to customers on location / Phone / online. (Zero-hour service support)

Coordination with Company distributors.

Service dealer and FIE Shop expansion.

Communicate with Customers to ensure satisfaction and implement necessary corrective action.

Competition mapping and Market feedback.

Interface to cross functional work teams such as field applications, customer support-services, R& D, etc.

Updating of Service Technical documentation as required and submission.

Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Parts Sales

Responsible to achieve spare parts target assigned for the year and the territory.

Education : B. Tech

Experience : 5-10 Years
