Enterprise clients each have their own unique business and technical considerations. We are seeking an Integrations Engineer to drive and manage customer integrations with our platform and products.
Externally, you will interface with enterprise eCommerce merchants looking to optimize their operations by reducing online fraud rates and increasing their bottom line.
Internally, you will act as the technical expert and primary point of contact throughout the end-to-end integration process.
The goal of the Integrations Engineer is to streamline the integration process, making it as seamless and efficient as possible for each new client. Youll take on multiple roles, including relaying client feedback, providing technical input for the product roadmap, maintaining technical ownership of various plug-ins / extensions, and collaborating with developers to resolve commercial issues.
What Youll Be Doing
- Gain a deep understanding of the system and product capabilities.
- Provide end-to-end support for new clients during the onboarding process, ensuring smooth technical and operational integration.
- Partner with Sales and Account Management teams in both presales and post-sales activities as a subject matter expert.
- Build, monitor, and execute integration project plans across multiple clients and platforms.
- Maintain and improve public-facing SDKs, APIs, and technical integration guides.
Qualifications
Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. without Visa sponsorship (including OPT Visas) and possess :
6+ years of experience as an Integrations Engineer, Solution Engineer, or Advanced Technical Manager, collaborating with technical teams such as DevOps or Product, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.A strong 'can do' and continuous learning attitude to tackle unique challenges requiring adaptability and quick thinking.Experience working with databases and querying languages (e.g., SQL).Expertise in critical thinking and troubleshooting multi-layered, complex technical issues while maintaining excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.A proven technical background with API integrations, including comfort with reading logs and source code.Significant experience in client-facing technical roles, including face-to-face meetings and pre-sales activities with enterprise clients.Demonstrated ability to plan, lead, and execute technical projects with enterprise-level clients.Exceptional collaboration skills as a team player, combined with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Skills Required
