About Us

Elchemy is a tech-enabled cross-border specialty chemicals marketplace. Our vision is to become the largest global speciality chemicals distributor focusing on discovery and fulfillment using a tech-first approach.

In the past 20 months of the company's operation, we have scaled up our operations serving in more than 32 countries and have active partnerships with more than 100s of customers and suppliers. The company has raised a total of upwards of $7.5mn from marquee investors like InfoEdge Ventures and Prime Venture Partners.

Our highly ambitious team comprises alumni from IITs, IIMs, NITs and have extensive experience of working in startups as well as multinational companies. We want to create a team with A-players and rockstars in all roles. When such a team comes together, no vision seems unachievable, and everyone pushes to deliver outstanding results.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Lead Generation Strategy : Develop and execute targeted strategies for generating high-quality leads in the Personal Care and Flavors & Fragrance industries.
  • Cold Calling & Email Marketing : Perform outbound lead generation through cold calling and email campaigns to engage potential customers.
  • Market Research : Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the US market.
  • Relationship Building : Build and nurture relationships with leads to understand their needs and position Elchemy’s solutions effectively.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies with global business objectives.
  • Pipeline Management : Track and manage lead progress in CRM, providing regular updates on sales pipeline and revenue forecasts.
  • Performance Metrics : Set and achieve ambitious lead generation goals, optimizing outreach strategies to maximize conversions.

Skills and Qualifications :

  • 3+ years experience in
  • lead generation

  • Experience of cold calling to International clients
  • Should have an excellent verbal communication & presentation skills
  • Should have an excellent proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
  • Should have an ability to work in high-energy, fast-paced cross-functional teams. Should have an entrepreneurial bent of mind, strong business acumen and good network.
