Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and passionate Influencer Marketing Executive to join our fast-growing team. You'll work closely with influencers, clients, and internal teams to plan and execute influencer campaigns that deliver real results. This is a client-facing role ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media and understands how to turn creators into powerful brand advocates.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Strategy : Support the development of influencer campaign strategies tailored to client goals, target audience, and budget.
• Influencer Discovery & Outreach : Research and shortlist relevant creators using influencer platforms and manual search; manage outreach, negotiations, and onboarding.
• Client Management : Act as a point of contact for day-to-day communications with clients; provide campaign updates, handle approvals, and address feedback.
• Campaign Execution : Ensure timely delivery of content, approvals, posting schedules, and influencer payments.
• Performance Reporting : Analyze campaign performance using KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.); deliver detailed client reports with insights and recommendations.
• Trend Monitoring : Stay up to date on social media trends, platform updates, and creator communities to keep campaigns fresh and relevant.
• Relationship Management : Build long-term relationships with influencers and creators for ongoing collaborations.
