Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and smart HR Recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a knack for identifying the right talent, and can manage full-cycle recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles. If you have a recruiter’s brain, strong communication skills, and the drive to make great hires, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles across levels.

Understand hiring requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.

Source and screen candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.

Conduct initial telephonic or video interviews to assess fit and communication.

Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure a seamless hiring experience.

Maintain and update candidate data and pipelines.

Work closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand hiring goals and deliver on them.

Requirements

Minimum 6 months of hands-on recruitment experience in both IT and Non-IT domains.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — you can pitch roles, sell the company vision, and build rapport fast.

A recruiter’s brain – you understand profiles, can assess fit quickly, and know how to match the right person to the right role.

Experience with sourcing platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, etc.

Self-motivated, organized, and eager to work in a startup environment.

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum 6 months of hands-on recruitment experience in both IT and Non-IT domains
