Vice President - Software Engineering

Job descriptionStrong expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices. Frontend development using React / Angular / Node.js. Knowledge of TDD / BDD, unit & integration testing. Experience with CI / CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Docker, etc.) Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Experience in React Native and CSS pre-processors. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP). Release management experience. Agile / Scrum methodology.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, build, test, and deploy applications using a microservices-driven architecture.
- Develop backend services in Java / J2EE / Spring Boot and frontend components in React / Angular / Node.js.
- Apply design patterns, frameworks, and coding best practices.
- Follow TDD / BDD practices and contribute to test automation.
- Participate in design / code reviews and prepare technical documentation.
- Integrate with CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, Docker, etc.) and ensure smooth deployments.
- Support, monitor, and troubleshoot production / non-production issues.
- Collaborate with QA, BA, and Release teams to deliver high-quality releases.
