Job Summary :

The Business Head is responsible and accountable for all aspects associated with the management on operations for the Client's CMC contract. The role involves client relationship management, commercial oversight, operational coordination, Safety

Management, business development to ensure the successful execution of projects meeting profitability and compliance targets.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Customer & Site Management

The role serves as the primary liaison with client's site management, ensuring seamless technical, commercial, and operational engagement.

2. KPI & Compliance Oversight

• The Business Head is required to ensure the delivery of all client and CR3 India KPIs whilst ensuring the business complies with all statutory and legislative requirements.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, contractual obligations, statutory regulations, and industry standards.
• Achieve all contractual KPIs and SLAs through effective planning, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.

3. Operational Excellence & Safety Leadership

The role is specifically responsible for ensuring all operations are carried out in a safe, cost effective and efficient manner in accordance with the standards, procedures and requirements of both client and CR3 India.

4. Contract Performance & Risk Management

The role is expected to proactively identify and address issues relating to the performance of the contract and risks to both client and CR3 India. This will ensure that services are delivered through the effective and efficient utilization of a diverse multi-skilled workforce, consisting of both contract and staff employees, to guarantee a safe, reliable, and sustainable long-term maintenance contract.

5. Training, Team Leadership & Resource Planning

The Business Manager is to ensure that the business invests in the development of personnel and equipment for the benefit of both client and CR3 India.
