About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead and scale our business operations across industrial, warehousing, logistics, and solar EPC markets. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project-based sales, deep understanding of PEB and solar structures, and proven leadership in driving growth through strategic partnerships and high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industrial, warehousing, logistics, and solar EPC segments.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with EPC contractors, architects, consultants, and key clients.
  • Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and organizational targets.
  • Collaborate closely with design, estimation, and production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and pricing insights to refine sales approaches.
  • Drive strategic partnerships and expand the company's presence in emerging markets.
  • Represent the organization at industry exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and business reviews to senior management.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and customer satisfaction benchmarks.

Required Skillsets :

  • Proven expertise in B2B and project sales within PEB, solar, or EPC sectors.
  • Strong understanding of EPC project lifecycle, structural design concepts, and industrial applications.
  • Excellent relationship management and business negotiation skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze markets, identify opportunities, and drive results.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities to inspire and mentor sales professionals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical, operations, and finance teams.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable to dynamic market conditions.
  • Ideal Candidate Profile :

  • 5-10 years of experience in sales leadership roles within PEB, Solar Structures, or EPC industries.
  • Proven record of achieving growth targets and managing multi-segment sales operations.
  • Strong industry network with key stakeholders like EPCs, consultants, and architects.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude, strategic thinker, and results-oriented professional.
