About the Role :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead and scale our business operations across industrial, warehousing, logistics, and solar EPC markets. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project-based sales, deep understanding of PEB and solar structures, and proven leadership in driving growth through strategic partnerships and high-performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industrial, warehousing, logistics, and solar EPC segments.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with EPC contractors, architects, consultants, and key clients.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and organizational targets.
- Collaborate closely with design, estimation, and production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and pricing insights to refine sales approaches.
- Drive strategic partnerships and expand the company's presence in emerging markets.
- Represent the organization at industry exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and business reviews to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and customer satisfaction benchmarks.
Required Skillsets :
Proven expertise in B2B and project sales within PEB, solar, or EPC sectors.Strong understanding of EPC project lifecycle, structural design concepts, and industrial applications.Excellent relationship management and business negotiation skills.Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze markets, identify opportunities, and drive results.Strong leadership and team management capabilities to inspire and mentor sales professionals.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and data-driven decision-making.Ability to work cross-functionally with technical, operations, and finance teams.Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable to dynamic market conditions.Ideal Candidate Profile :
