Deputy General Manager - International Business Development Lead contract engineering & application engineering functions for domestic & international markets.

• Responsible for meeting business plan & key operating deliverables.
• Drive digital initiatives, productivity & quality improvements.
• Spearhead & establish the strategies for business growth, expansion of market coverage, product development, manufacturing operations & field support, contribute to annual business planning.
• Coordinate with selling entities to understand local market requirements and build the product roadmap and strategy.
• Collaborate with factory teams including engineering, logistics, manufacturing & supply chain teams for seamless execution of the strategies & delivering to the customer expectations.
• Guide & lead the passionate team of engineering professionals towards their professional & organizational growth.
