Job descriptionManage end-to-end recruitment from job posting to onboarding, including role definition, screening, interview coordination, and smooth integration of new hires. Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, promote a positive work environment, and assist managers with engagement and conflict resolution. Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, maintain employee handbook, and support audits and documentation. Support the performance appraisal process, employee development, goal setting, and monitor performance trends. Identify training needs, coordinate learning programs, and facilitate employee growth opportunities. Assist payroll processing with finance, maintain salary records, handle payroll-related queries, ensure statutory compliance, and manage benefits programs. Maintain accurate employee records, generate reports, and support HR projects and process improvements. Plan and execute engagement initiatives, conduct surveys, and analyze employee feedback.
Candidate Requirements :
- Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in an infrastructure, construction, or project-based organization
