The Sales Executive will support sales operations and client engagement across the full business cycle. The role involves assisting the sales team in pre- and post-sales activities, managing assigned customer accounts, preparing proposals, and ensuring smooth project handovers to internal teams. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support Sales Managers with MIS, proposal preparation, and customer communication.
- Manage assigned clients from inquiry, quotation, and order execution to payment collection.
- Identify, qualify, and acquire new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
BSc / MSc / Chemical Engineering with a master’s in business administration with specialization in Sales / Marketing1-2 years of experience in sales / business developmentStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to meet sales targets and manage sales pipelines effectivelyCRM (Salesforce / Zoho) experience is preferredExperience in the chemical or CRO / CDMO in sales is a plus
