Role Overview :
We are seeking a HubSpot Specialist who will own the implementation, customization, and optimization of HubSpot for our clients. This role requires deep expertise in HubSpot CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs along with the ability to integrate third-party tools and streamline workflows. You will be the go-to expert for driving automation, improving CRM adoption, and ensuring measurable impact on client marketing and sales operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end HubSpot onboarding, configuration, and implementation for new clients.
- Design and manage custom workflows, lead management processes, and automation rules.
- Execute data migrations and manage third-party integrations (e.g., Salesforce, ZoomInfo, SurveyMonkey, Vidyard, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Customize HubSpot modules, dashboards, templates, and reports to meet client-specific requirements.
- Collaborate with design, content, SEO, and web teams to align HubSpot usage with marketing strategies.
- Monitor HubSpot performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay ahead of HubSpot product updates, features, and best practices, ensuring clients benefit from the latest capabilities.
- Deliver ongoing optimization, reporting, and client support to enhance CRM adoption and marketing efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
3 to 5 years of hands-on experience working with HubSpot CRM (Marketing, Sales, or Service Hubs).Strong knowledge of CRM strategy, lead lifecycle management, and marketing automation.Proficiency in workflows, lists, dashboards, reporting, and email campaigns within HubSpot.Experience with third-party integrations (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Microsoft Dynamics, Vidyard, etc.).Ability to manage technical configurations, troubleshoot issues, and work with developers where required.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.HubSpot Certifications (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, or Service Hub) are strongly preferred.(ref : hirist.tech)
