As our Marketing Cloud Intelligence / Datorama Specialist you will be responsible for :
Working with our Australian team to deliver dashboard reporting to provide a holistic view of marketing performance for our clients. We’re looking for someone with proven, hands-on experience in the Marketing Cloud Intelligence platform.
About you :
Minimum 3+ years' experience using MCI / Datorama including managing data streamsA solid understanding of reporting metrics used within the marketing and advertising industryDemonstrated experience building marketing and advertising dashboards in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence (previously Datorama)Experience in Data Mapping and NormalisationExperience with Datorama Data Streams, APIs, and TotalConnectKnowledge of pivot tables, calculated fields, and advanced visualisationsExperience with SQL helpsExperience with related data streamsUnderstanding of marketing performance metrics (impressions, CTR, CPL, ROAS, attribution models)Understanding of data governance, QA, and troubleshooting data discrepanciesExperience in visualising data to tell a story / give a holistic view of marketing performanceExceptional organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication skills – written and verbal – for effective communication with internal stakeholders and clientsA passion for data and reporting with a proactive approach to professional development, generously sharing knowledge with teammates and client partnersA bachelor's degree in a relevant fieldIf you're a Marketing Cloud Intelligence specialist eager to drive impact and real commercial growth, we’d love to hear from you.
