Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Head of Human Resources. The Head of Human Resources will oversee the HR department, develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives, manage labor and employment law compliance, and create HR policies. Additionally, this individual will handle employee relations to maintain a positive and productive workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
• Expertise in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Experience with Employee Relations
• Strong leadership and management capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the construction or home building industry is a plus
