Required Skills : 8+ years

HR systems and technical lead experience.

6+ years

deep Workday integration experience (XML, XPATH, custom fields, calculated fields, BIRT, etc.).

6+ years

Dell Boomi integration experience (iPaaS, APIs, error logging, deployments).

Solid technical experience with

Workday Recruiting, HCM, Compensation , and more.

Experience integrating with

ServiceNow ,

Beeline , or similar platforms is a plus.

Strong experience analyzing business processes and documenting in

Visio .

Skilled in

requirements traceability ,

SIT / UAT testing , and collaborative solutioning.

Ability to explain complex technical ideas in business-friendly language.

Proven “get-it-done” mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Bachelor’s degree required ; certifications in Workday, AWS, or ServiceNow are a plus.
