This virtual global position will support Concur COMPLEAT, a robust quality assurance system that automates file-finishing, reduces PNR processing time, ensures reservation accuracy and does Auto-ticketing. Concur COMPLEAT drives revenue, automates processes and eliminates manual tasks. COMPLEAT is a product of Concur.It supports multiple global distribution systems and is fully integrated with GBT existing front- and back-office systems and support exporting data to third-party tools.The expectation for this role will be ensuring effective, timely and high-quality maintenance and development of the automation portfolio on the global level for GBT.The objective of the role is to support the Travelport + migrationQualifications :
- Primary skills : Good knowledge of GDS
- Minimum of 5 years of Business Travel experience required.
- Project management (Internal COMPLEAT projects & Re-engineering & Partner initiatives / projects).
- Prior experience working with COMPLEAT / Robotics or analyst preferred.
- Data-driven
Skills :
- Minimum of 3 years of Business Travel experience required
- Good understanding of online as well as offline business
- Good knowledge of GDS (Travelport / Galileo)
- Prior experience working with COMPLEAT / automation travel systems or business analyst preferred
- Ability to identify underlying issues instead of symptoms reported by users
- Strong skill in tracking and managing own work
