Some of the key responsibilities will include :
- Manage end-to-end administration and governance of employee benefits programs including health, insurance, wellness, and retirement plans.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure benefits offerings are competitive, cost-effective, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Lead benefits communication strategy, ensuring employees understand and maximize the value of the programs offered.
- Support annual benefits renewal, vendor negotiations, and implementation of new benefits initiatives, leveraging data to drive program enhancements.
To be eligible for this role you will require :
10 years of experience in employee benefits or total rewards, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or specialist capacity.Strong understanding of benefits regulations, plan design, and compliance requirements across relevant geographies.Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, analyze program data, and drive process improvements.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project execution skills in a complex, matrixed environment.Please contact Chaitra Shetty or email your cv directly in word format to Chaitra@theedgepartnership.com
