VisionSure is a health tech player building India's Vision Benefits stack.

We are taking a customer-centric approach to build Vision wellness solutions, keeping the customer at the heart of everything we do. Unlike most players operating in this space, we want our customers to use the benefits provided to them.

We are partnering with multiple players in the Vision Benefits ecosystem to enable our mission, including insurance companies, brokers, eyewear providers, eye hospitals, and eye clinics.

What will you do :

• Build and maintain relationships with insurance companies and insurance intermediaries such as brokers and corporate agents
• Drive sales of the VisionSure wellness package through Insurance company sales teams and insurance intermediaries
• Provide feedback for product development for VisionSure Wellness Packages

Key KPIs for this role would include :

1.Number of lives onboarded to VisionSure Wellness Package

2.No.of Broker partnerships enabled and growth in lives / broker

3.Revenue 6-8 years of experience in driving sales through insurance intermediaries
