About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Content writer who can own and drive our content strategy across B2B and B2C segments. The role requires a mix of creativity, storytelling, SEO knowledge, and data-driven decision-making to build our brand, engage our audiences, and generate leads.
Roles & Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning
- Define and implement content strategy aligned with business and marketing goals.
- Build and manage the editorial calendar across multiple channels.
- Identify content gaps and opportunities in both B2B and B2C markets.
Content Creation & Management
Lead development of high-quality content : blogs, case studies, whitepapers, social media posts, videos, emailers, landing pages, ad copies, and product content.Collaborate with internal teams, doctors, mothers, and industry experts for authentic stories and UGC.Manage freelance writers, agencies, and creative partners as needed.Digital & Social Media Marketing
Oversee content distribution across social media, website, SEO, and email campaigns.Ensure brand consistency and tone across all platforms.Partner with performance marketing team for ad creatives and campaigns.SEO & Growth Marketing
Drive SEO-first content creation with keyword research, optimization, and backlink strategies.Optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) for visibility and conversions.Leverage analytics to measure performance and continuously optimize.Thought Leadership & Brand Building
Develop content that positions us as an industry leader in maternal and newborn healthcare.Craft narratives for PR, media outreach, and industry events.Support leadership with speeches, presentations, and award submissions.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product, sales, customer success, and design teams.Build strong narratives for customer acquisition, retention, and community engagement.Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
Content Performance – Engagement metrics (website traffic, dwell time, social reach, video views).Lead Generation – No. of MQLs / SQLs generated through content-driven campaigns.SEO Rankings – Improvement in targeted keywords, organic traffic, and domain authority.Brand Awareness – PR mentions, thought leadership pieces, and social share of voice.Content Production – Volume and quality of content published per month / quarter.Conversion Metrics – CTR, conversion rates from content campaigns, and e-commerce sales uplift.Community & UGC – No. of stories / testimonials collected and amplified.Qualifications & Skills
2–4 years of proven experience in content marketing, preferably in healthcare, technology, or consumer brands.Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an eye for detail.Expertise in SEO, analytics tools, and content management systems (WordPress, Hubspot, etc.).Ability to lead a team and manage external partners / agencies.Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.You will be a great fit if :
